Attention: Truckstop.net Account Holders

If you have purchased an account or pre-paid pass to Truckstop.net Wireless Internet services and have not been able to use those services due to the disruption in the backhaul network please follow one of the following options:

  1. For Account Holders:
    If you have more than half of your purchased time still available or unused due to the service disruption, please send an email to support@truckstop.net or sales@truckstop.net with the following information in order to process a reimbursement credit for the unused time to your credit card:

    • User Name (login name for Truckstop.net)
    • First and Last Name
    • E-mail address for refund correspondence
    • Phone Number
    • PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER, as we already have it on file.


  2. For Pre-Paid customers:
    If you have more than half of your purchased time still available or unused due to the service disruption (a minimum of $10.00 value), please submit the following information via US Mail in order for us to process a reimbursement for the unused time. A check will be sent to you by US Mail.

    • User Name (login name for Truckstop.net)
    • First and Last Name
    • Address
    • Phone Number
    • Original or copy of purchase receipt with the User Name, PIN code
    • Please write SERVICE CREDIT on the outside of your envelope and address your envelope to:
